About the role

  • Account Manager managing relationships with major retailers at Pagaleve, a BNPL fintech startup. Leading project management and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead relationships with a portfolio of major retailers, building consistent, long-term partnerships
  • Act as the primary client contact, coordinating internal teams, tracking resolutions and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Conduct regular business reviews, analyzing trends, performance and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop commercial campaigns and initiatives focused on growing TPV and achieving shared results
  • Ensure a high-quality experience throughout the client journey, from onboarding to ongoing operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing or prospecting large accounts
  • Strong results orientation, especially on KPIs such as NPS, TPV and market share
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions
  • Project management experience, ideally in implementations or continuous improvement
  • Proactive, autonomous profile with a strong ownership mindset and ease working in agile environments
  • Experience in retail, payments or e-commerce (a plus)
  • Knowledge of digital sales funnels (a plus)
