Responsibilities
Lead relationships with a portfolio of major retailers, building consistent, long-term partnerships
Act as the primary client contact, coordinating internal teams, tracking resolutions and ensuring client satisfaction
Conduct regular business reviews, analyzing trends, performance and opportunities for improvement
Develop commercial campaigns and initiatives focused on growing TPV and achieving shared results
Ensure a high-quality experience throughout the client journey, from onboarding to ongoing operations.
Requirements
Previous experience managing or prospecting large accounts
Strong results orientation, especially on KPIs such as NPS, TPV and market share
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions
Project management experience, ideally in implementations or continuous improvement
Proactive, autonomous profile with a strong ownership mindset and ease working in agile environments
Experience in retail, payments or e-commerce (a plus)
Knowledge of digital sales funnels (a plus)
