About the role

  • Partnership Account Manager managing B2B partner relationships at a fast-growing tech packaging company. Leading strategic discussions and coordinating cross-departmental projects in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key B2B partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and business expansion.
  • Lead meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions with senior-level client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and deliver projects end-to-end: from receiving the brief, through planning, execution, cross-team alignment, to reporting and post-analysis.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients — ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and proactive issue-solving.
  • Work closely with internal teams including production, logistics, marketing, IT, pricing, and operations to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Identify client needs, market trends, risks, and opportunities — and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Track and analyse performance metrics, prepare reports, and translate data into business insights.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Take ownership of outcomes, not just processes — ensuring that results are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Polish - proficiency (C1), both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Partnership Manager, or in a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven experience working with large B2B clients, including leading meetings, negotiations, and managing expectations.
  • Strong confidence in business communication across different levels of an organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management.
  • Ability to work under time pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as production, logistics, marketing, IT, and pricing.
  • Excellent communication skills — clear and structured emails, briefs, and verbal communication.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.
  • Basic data analysis skills — ability to identify trends, issues, and recommend next steps.
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.

Benefits

  • Top-notch HQ – 2500 square meters filled with tech and goodies such as a barista, lunches, and brunches!
  • Flexible working hours – here comes work-life balance and possibility to work remote
