About the role

  • Program Manager optimizing PG&E's fleet asset utilization while leading process improvement initiatives. Collaborating with various departments to present findings and implement change.

Responsibilities

  • Manages aspects of program implementation and operations
  • Ensures program is operating effectively
  • Program Manager of Fleet Asset Optimization and Utilization to optimize the footprint of PG&E’s fleet and enable cost savings
  • Leads process improvement efforts by providing innovative data solutions to address complex business issues
  • Presents findings and proposed recommendations to leaders
  • Works with Functional Area Leaders and Regional Fleet Coordinators to troubleshoot standard adherence challenges
  • Applies advanced knowledge of Fleet Assets to develop business cases in support of strategy or change initiatives
  • Manages cross-functional projects or initiatives
  • Works with and leverages relationships with Directors and Managers across functions / PG&E
  • Performs analysis on highly complex data models that have cross-functional impact
  • Develops communications and leads change management processes for successful implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Job-related experience, 8 years
  • Masters Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience (Desired)
  • PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification (Desired)
