Responsibilities
Manages aspects of program implementation and operations
Ensures program is operating effectively
Program Manager of Fleet Asset Optimization and Utilization to optimize the footprint of PG&E’s fleet and enable cost savings
Leads process improvement efforts by providing innovative data solutions to address complex business issues
Presents findings and proposed recommendations to leaders
Works with Functional Area Leaders and Regional Fleet Coordinators to troubleshoot standard adherence challenges
Applies advanced knowledge of Fleet Assets to develop business cases in support of strategy or change initiatives
Manages cross-functional projects or initiatives
Works with and leverages relationships with Directors and Managers across functions / PG&E
Performs analysis on highly complex data models that have cross-functional impact
Develops communications and leads change management processes for successful implementation
Requirements
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Job-related experience, 8 years
Masters Degree in job-related discipline or equivalent experience (Desired)
PMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certification (Desired)
