About the role

  • Lean Agile Coach at PG&E guiding leaders to implement Lean Agile practices and improve team performance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals with delivery practices.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executives, senior leaders, and teams to embed Lean Agile practices across the organization.
  • Provide leadership coaching to help leaders adopt lean principles and mindsets to foster high-performing cultures.
  • Design and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly articulate transformation strategies, progress, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate Lean Agile maturity assessments and develop tailored coaching roadmaps to improve team performance, delivery flow, and collaboration.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements to build organizational capability.
  • Act as a change agent, challenging existing practices and enabling continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with Lean Agile delivery practices.
  • Lead Value Stream Management initiatives, helping the organization identify, optimize, and measure end-to-end value delivery.
  • Guide teams through structured problem-solving using the Lean Playbook, ensuring issues are addressed systematically and solutions are sustainable.
  • Measure and report on transformation progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Lead and coordinate complex IT programs and projects to ensure alignment with business and technology strategies, managing interdependencies, resources, and timely delivery of high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Job-related experience, 8 years
  • Agile Coaching experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect Lean Agile practices to business outcomes
  • Empathetic communicator who builds trust and credibility quickly
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and organizational learning
  • Certifications such as SPC, ICAgile, SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale are a plus
  • Strong background in Lean, Agile, and organizational change management (minimum 5 years’ experience needed)
