Responsibilities
Manages major cross-functional projects and initiatives
Leads collaborative efforts to align information and data governance workstreams
Solves unique and complex problems, anticipating issues and developing innovative solutions
Demonstrates strategic leadership with internal stakeholders to support Company goals
Leads development of program goals and metrics to meet company goals and objectives.
Collaborates across the organization to ensure alignment of goals to support program
Responsible for utilizing other departments and teams to meet program goals
Develops or provides significant input to PG&E leadership to influence information and data strategies impacting PG&E and its customers.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any of Management, Technology, Business, or related discipline; or equivalent experience
10 or more years of experience in information governance, data management, IT or related field
Desired Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in utility operations.
Certification in information governance/records management or data management.
Knowledge of records management, information governance and/or data management.
Strong communication skills for all levels of organization, both verbal and in writing.
Project management skills.
Ability to work across multiple functions and build strong working relationships.
Ability to facilitate decision-making.
Ability to synthesize complex issues into easy-to-understand concepts.
Ability to influence varying levels of leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
