About the role

  • Program Manager at PG&E supporting SP&D testing program and collaborating with multiple functions. Act as a technical expert in support of Service Planning & Estimating initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Works in conjunction with Principal to support SP&D testing program.
  • Act as a technical expert in support of the development of Service Planning & Estimating promotional exams.
  • Applies broad testing expertise and advanced knowledge to wide-ranging issues.
  • Works in conjunction with various SP&D functional partners, including Service Planning and Estimating training leads in support of the testing program and initiatives.
  • May act as a team lead and direct less experienced employees.
  • Works with Directors and Managers across functions to influence decisions.
  • Communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences using a variety of media.
  • Integrates industry data-related knowledge into everyday business practices and decision-making.
  • Creates new and complex data models to facilitate business decisions.
  • Provides direction on the overall program.
  • Develop new or revise existing scopes of work to ensure compliance standards and deliverables are established.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business.
  • 8 years of related experience or equivalent
  • 4 years of testing-related experience
  • 4 years of Estimating or Service Planning experience
  • Ability to influence leaders inside and outside of the department through data analysis, insights, and recommendations
  • Advanced knowledge of Program Management
  • PMP Certification
  • Master’s degree
