About the role
- Compliance & Risk Consultant supporting compliance and risk management frameworks for PG&E. Evaluating Electric Operations processes and supporting risk management initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support/monitor the compliance and/or risk management framework & tools
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance and/or risk management programs
- Support revisions to compliance and/or risk programs based on changes to laws, regulations, and standards
- Develop and maintain a risk register
- Partner with Subject Matter Experts to develop controls and metrics
- Support change management, training, and communication of compliance standards
- Act as a liaison with regulatory agencies and respond to data inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Job-related experience, 7 years
- Experience in risk management, 4 years
- Experience in compliance, 4 years
- Experience as a journeyman Lineman, Electric Estimator, Service Planner or Engineer, 4 years
- CIA-Certified Internal Auditor certification
- CRM-Certified Risk Manager certification
- Advanced knowledge of internal control concepts and/or risk analysis & assessment
- Strong problem solving, project management, and change management skills
- Advanced skills in MS Office including Excel,Word, PowerPoint, CoPilot, and PowerBI
