Responsibilities

  • Get things done. From researching cultural trends and taking part in brainstorming sessions to preparing briefings, developing creative concepts, and managing our strategic tools — you’re curious, hands-on, and ready to grow into strong strategic leadership.
  • Drive strategic workflows from insight to execution across client projects, pitches, and internal initiatives.
  • Conduct market and trend research across industries such as fashion, music, art, design, tech, and gaming to understand what shapes culture today.
  • Develop and own compelling presentations, strategic narratives, and briefings that inspire both clients and creative teams.
  • Work closely with internal and external creative teams to design integrated, culture-centered brand experiences.
  • Ensure strategic alignment on complex projects and keep teams focused on the brand’s purpose and direction.
  • Challenge the status quo by proactively bringing new ideas, methods, or cultural perspectives that advance brands.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in strategic roles — ideally within a creative, brand- or experience-focused agency.
  • Proven ability to translate research into meaningful strategy and creative impact.
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and communication skills — able to develop and sell an idea.
  • Deep curiosity and cultural fluency across different industries and subcultures.
  • Strategic, independent, and proactive mindset.
  • Structured and organized approach with confidence in leading tasks, projects, and people.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 and/or other strategic/creative tools such as Miro, Notion, etc.
  • You work well with others — be kind and fair to everyone we collaborate with.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English.

Benefits

  • A great team of fun-loving, caring, and incredibly smart people, with flat hierarchies and an open communication culture.
  • A fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment with exciting international projects.
  • A flexible hybrid work setup: remote and on-site work, with a pet-friendly and people-friendly office.
  • Competitive benefits (workation, Urban Sports, JobRad/bike leasing, etc.).
  • An employer committed to equal opportunity — and no one will stand in your way when you’re ready to make things happen.
