About the role

Requirements
- Commercial apprenticeship with further professional training, ideally with a Swiss Federal Certificate/Diploma in social insurance, HR, finance and accounting, or fiduciary services.
- Several years of experience in a comparable role, in a demanding payroll position, or at the interface between payroll and financial accounting.
- Solid and broad payroll expertise, particularly in payroll accounting, social insurance, and withholding tax.
- Experience with time and attendance / time and performance recording.
- Strong affinity for ERP systems and an interest in digital developments and new technologies such as AI.
- Excellent spoken and written German and Italian.
