About the role

  • Gestionnaire de Paie managing payroll operations for diverse clients across multiple conventions in France. Involves payroll, employee administration, and social monitoring as primary duties.

Responsibilities

  • Processing payroll files for a diverse client portfolio: from collecting variable pay elements to producing payslips and submitting social declarations in a multi-collective-bargaining environment;
  • Managing employee administration from onboarding through termination;
  • Monitoring employment law and social regulations within a multi-collective-bargaining context;
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the clients in your portfolio;
  • Actively contributing to our advisory services for business owners.

Requirements

  • Holder of a professional diploma in payroll administration
