Responsibilities
Manage clients' payroll in compliance with applicable social and tax regulations (multiple collective bargaining agreements)
Collect and verify information required to prepare pay slips (hours worked, absences, bonuses, etc.)
Monitor social security filings and payments of social contributions
Respond to clients' payroll-related inquiries
Carry out payroll procedures related to employee onboarding and offboarding
Maintain regulatory watch on legislative and collective agreement changes affecting payroll and social charges.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' professional experience managing payroll across multiple collective agreements, in a firm or payroll outsourcing agency
Strong knowledge of social legislation
Knowledge of SILAE is a plus
Good understanding of the challenges and constraints related to company payroll
Meticulous and methodical, able to meet payroll processing deadlines
Strong communication skills to interact with social agencies; customer-service oriented
