About the role

  • European Sales Manager executing sales strategy and fostering client relationships for logistics properties throughout Europe. Conducting market research and attending industry events for growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, own, and execute the sales strategy across European markets to maximize lead generation and relationships
  • Prospect actively: generate leads, cold call, qualify opportunities, and drive the pipeline.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with customers and prospects, ensuring high satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
  • Prepare first level proposal and company presentations
  • Operate the CRM system to track leads, manage customer interactions and build contact database
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, seminars, and networking gatherings.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback; share insights with internal teams to refine offerings.
  • Collaborate with Key Account Management (KAM) teams for a portion of strategic customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tailored solutions meet customer needs.
  • Travel frequently throughout Europe for meetings, site visits, and market coverage.

Requirements

  • Experience in brokerage, 3PL, logistics sales, or industrial real estate
  • Ideally, experience in a multi-country or pan-European role
  • Track record of achieving sales targets in B2B / logistics / real estate environments
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and comfort working with data-driven pipelines and forecasts
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset — thrives in cross-functional, international setups
  • Self-driven, resilient, and adaptable; comfortable working autonomously in the field
  • Fluency in English
