About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure completion of daily, monthly and annual processes and routines by performing the activities under their responsibility;
- Ensure the implementation of strategic planning through budget preparation and monitoring of Opex and Capex;
- Support delivery of operational results by controlling operational processes, preparing and analyzing KPIs, and assessing variances;
- Support decision-making by preparing management reports presenting results by area;
- Support KPI management by creating dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to monitor processes and costs;
- Ensure quality of deliverables by executing tasks reliably and monitoring the performance of resources, services and information produced under their responsibility;
- Assist the immediate supervisor on matters related to the area, presenting and discussing problems and irregularities to support the definition of procedures and corrective actions;
- Record and categorize direct and indirect costs;
- Perform accounting classification of new materials to be used in the production process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration;
- Experience in accounting;
- Preferred: Postgraduate/MBA in Controllership, Business Management or related fields.
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Experience with Totvs system;
- Experience developing and maintaining BI reports (M language, DAX).
- Experience with Klassmatt system.
