Responsibilities
- Implementation of concrete AI, data, and integration solutions for renowned clients in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, and the Public Sector
- Use of cutting-edge technologies such as Workato, Salesforce Agentforce and Anthropic Claude in enterprise environments

- Design and development of enterprise integration solutions with Workato
- Implementation of end-to-end process automations across system and organizational boundaries
- Building and operating data pipelines between cloud systems (ERP, CRM, HR, databases, APIs)
- Development of AI-powered workflows and agentic-AI solutions based on Workato, Anthropic Claude, Salesforce Agentforce or Microsoft Foundry
- Modeling and transforming business data (ELT/ETL) for analytical and operational purposes
- Technical support for Salesforce projects (Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate customer experience requirements (Sales, Commerce, Service, Marketing) into technical solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in integration, automation or data engineering in enterprise environments
- Proven hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms (ideally Workato, alternatively MuleSoft or Boomi)
- Solid understanding of API design (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks) and modern data formats (JSON, XML)
- Project experience with AI/LLM technologies (prompt engineering, API integration, fundamentals of RAG)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
- Proven proficiency in Python, JavaScript or SQL for data transformations
- Relevant Workato and/or Salesforce certifications are a plus
- Analytical thinking, structured problem solving and a high degree of ownership
- Strong communication skills in German and English
