Creative Producer developing AI-driven creative content for a financial solutions startup focused on homeownership affordability. Creating and optimizing short-form videos for platforms like Meta and TikTok.
Responsibilities
Build a rapid creative engine: Create simple systems for producing and iterating video, UGC, static, and AI-driven creative at high speed
Translate performance insights into creative: Study winning ads, break down hooks and formats, and apply those learnings to new concepts
Produce short-form video end-to-end: Shoot, script, edit, and optimize UGC and native video for Meta, TikTok, and Reels
Design polished static creative: Create clean, on-brand graphics and image ads that drive performance
Localize creative: Build city/county-specific variations to improve relevance and conversion
Source and direct creators: Identify, brief, and collaborate with UGC creators and influencers
Support organic social: Produce simple, trend-aligned content for IG & TikTok
Use AI tools to scale output: Leverage Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Figma AI, and Canva
Work within Growth: Operate as a core member of the Growth team, partnering directly with the VP of Growth (Jason Martin)
Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on creative production experience
Strong skills in short-form video creation, editing, and design
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools
Experience using AI creative tools (Veo, Sora, Midjourney, Figma AI, Canva)
Experience producing Meta + TikTok creative
Ability to source and manage UGC creators or influencers
Proven ability to take ideas from concept → asset → test → iteration
