- Deliver custom analyses and investor intelligence

- Participate in capital markets calls and prepare talking points for media appearances
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master’s in economics, finance, real estate or related field preferred
- 15 years' experience in commercial real estate
- at least 8 years in a research leadership role
- expertise in U.S. commercial real estate
- strong analytical and quantitative skills
- exceptional writing, presentation, and storytelling skills
- proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), Excel/Sheets, and real estate analytics platforms
