About the role

• As an Analista Contábil PL at Pluxee, ensure compliance with financial regulations and analyze accounting accounts for optimal operations. Engage in financial reporting and audits.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting entries and reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts;
• Thoroughly analyze the accounting accounts assigned to the Analyst, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and verifying supporting documentation;
• Prepare monthly reconciliations for those accounting accounts within the deadlines established by the group;
• Support the monthly, semi-annual and annual accounting close processes;
• Prepare financial statements and management reports;
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and IFRS, as well as internal policies and procedures;
• Support internal, external and group audits by providing supporting documentation and explanations;
• Prepare and submit ancillary accounting filings and obligations;
• Participate in company projects by assessing the accounting implications (risks, opportunities and accounting design for the proposed operation);
• Contribute to improvements in accounting processes and ERP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis) or related field;
• Active CRC registration (Regional Accounting Council - Brazil);
• Experience in general accounting;
• Solid knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards (BR GAAP) and IFRS;
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP);
• Intermediate English desirable for reading standards and reports;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical ability, proactivity, sense of urgency, organization and quick learning are essential.
