About the role
- Analyst responsible for ensuring supply chain processes at Petz. Involved in data analysis, supplier relationships, and inventory management for pet products.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the direct purchasing and distribution center supply processes are executed with optimal effectiveness so products are available according to store needs (direct or via distribution center), aiming for company inventory that minimizes stockouts and excesses while meeting the company's cash flow requirements.
- Detailed analysis and parameterization of purchasing processes.
- Development of performance indicators.
- Relationship management with suppliers and commercial teams.
- Planning and control of purchasing processes.
- Planning and control of supplier service levels.
- Approval of orders and invoices with discrepancies.
- Analysis of additional purchasing opportunities.
- Planning and control of seasonal items.
- Planning and control of annual macro dates related to purchasing processes.
- Analysis and construction of scenarios for the Commercial Business Plan (JBP).
- Demand forecasting at SKU and category level.
- Data handling and analysis with extraction via SQL and modeling in Power BI.
- Planning and control of seasonal items.
- Planning and management of inventory in distribution centers and stores.
- Development of performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in a quantitative field.
- Experience in Planning/S&OP and/or S&OE.
- Strong data manipulation skills, including SQL knowledge for writing queries.
- Experience with Power BI for building and analyzing dashboards.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Mid- to long-term analytical planning skills.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in the North Zone of São Paulo.
