Maintain fundraising initiatives, proposing improvements to processes.
Actively seek and propose new fundraising methods.
Develop materials and deploy them strategically (trainings, presentations, communication campaigns, etc.) to engage internal and external stakeholders in fundraising.
Document and continuously update processes to ensure effective fundraising and appropriate use of funds.
Monitor the financial and accounting progress of fundraising activities, updating the status of each initiative monthly.
Track legislative and tax changes that affect fundraising and propose internal adjustments when necessary.
Manage the allocation of funds from tax incentive programs (Leis de Incentivo) together with entities within the System.
Advise and support Centrals and Cooperatives on fundraising methods, and assist external entities regarding the allocation of funds from Sicredi’s tax incentive programs.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
Essential knowledge: Fundraising techniques and channels for the nonprofit/third sector; donor relationship strategies; legislation and tax incentives; project management and strategic planning; proficiency in Microsoft Office; data-driven analytical skills. Knowledge of marketing and institutional communication is a plus.
Desired experience: Practical experience in fundraising and in preparing and managing social or cultural projects funded by third parties. Experience in stakeholder engagement and building strategic partnerships, as well as producing materials for proposals, presentations, and financial reports, is desirable. Prior experience with educational programs is a plus.
