Requirements
- Solid experience with DataDog, OpenTelemetry, Google Cloud (with exposure to AWS), OpenShift for on-premise environments, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and GKE.
- Implementation and troubleshooting of observability agents.
- Code adjustments and sanitization (e.g., incorrect HTTP responses, inconsistent logs, etc.).
- Identification and proposal of architecture and environment improvements.
- Support squads with instrumentation and application visibility.
- Participation in incident analyses and post-mortems, proposing and implementing improvements.
- Creation of automations for real-time failure response.
- Strong technical foundation and a proactive profile to support implementation and automation activities as required.
- Focused on addressing root causes and enhancing ecosystem visibility.
