About the role
- Assistant Site Manager, MEP responsible for project oversight and construction coordination at Gray Construction. Engaging with subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring safety and quality standards across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Studies specifications to assist planning procedures for construction on the basis of start and completion times and staffing requirements for each phase of construction.
- Assist MEP Project Manager in locating and evaluating potential subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Assist in developing scopes of work for review and approval of MEP Project/Site Manager.
- Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities from pre-start-up to completion.
- Maintain high safety and quality standards in accordance to company, industry standard, and job specifications.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; and a minimum five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess basic computer skills including the ability to utilize word processing, spreadsheet and e-mail applications.
