About the role

Responsibilities
- Will perform analysis, design, documentation and continuous improvement of organizational processes, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and integration between business areas and IT.
- Will be responsible for supporting management in implementing changes, conducting audits and monitoring action plans.
- Analyze, discuss and design organizational processes (current and future).
- Prepare detailed process documentation, including: policies, flow diagrams, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
- Propose and recommend optimizations to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
- Support the implementation of process changes, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business areas to gather requirements and understand needs.
- Ensure processes are integrated with the business model and executed effectively.
- Perform risk and impact assessments during process changes.
- Report risks, impacts and initiative status to management.
- Participate in the management and monitoring of internal and external audits.
- Track and monitor action plans resulting from audits or process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in process mapping and improvement.
- Knowledge of process documentation (flowcharts, SOPs, work instructions).
- Analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and risks.
- Good communication skills for interacting with technical and business areas.
- Organization and discipline to manage action plans and audits.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, BPM, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Experience in regulated environments or with recurring audits.
- Experience in process transformation or digitization projects.
