Responsibilities
Engage with regional category managers to ensure we achieve our material productivity targets
Take charge of designated projects and achieve the annual objectives
Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Establish the strategy roadmap for various product lines with other supply chain team members
Manage a cross-functional team of supply chain, engineering, quality, purchasing, testing, and others
Proactively monitor progress on actions to ensure project safe launch
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks
Produce program reports for management/stakeholders to sustain alignment
Ensure projects have proper resources in place to deliver on time
Perform analysis based on given data and make plans to contribute to overall supplier risk mitigation for NAA region
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of experience
Alternatively, a master's degree in one of these areas with 3+ years of experience
Experience in a program management environment is preferred
Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and leading programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
Ability to travel up to 10% for supplier visits
