About the role

  • Supply Chain Development Manager at Otis leading supply base diversification for long-term sustainability. Overseeing projects and managing cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with regional category managers to ensure we achieve our material productivity targets
  • Take charge of designated projects and achieve the annual objectives
  • Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Establish the strategy roadmap for various product lines with other supply chain team members
  • Manage a cross-functional team of supply chain, engineering, quality, purchasing, testing, and others
  • Proactively monitor progress on actions to ensure project safe launch
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks
  • Produce program reports for management/stakeholders to sustain alignment
  • Ensure projects have proper resources in place to deliver on time
  • Perform analysis based on given data and make plans to contribute to overall supplier risk mitigation for NAA region

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of experience
  • Alternatively, a master's degree in one of these areas with 3+ years of experience
  • Experience in a program management environment is preferred
  • Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and leading programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for supplier visits
