Responsibilities
- Engage with regional category managers to ensure we achieve our material productivity targets
- Take charge of designated projects and achieve the annual objectives
- Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Establish the strategy roadmap for various product lines with other supply chain team members
- Manage a cross-functional team of supply chain, engineering, quality, purchasing, testing, and others
- Proactively monitor progress on actions to ensure project safe launch
- Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks
- Produce program reports for management/stakeholders to sustain alignment
- Ensure projects have proper resources in place to deliver on time
- Perform analysis based on given data and make plans to contribute to overall supplier risk mitigation for NAA region
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field with 5+ years of experience
- Alternatively, a master's degree in one of these areas with 3+ years of experience
- Experience in a program management environment is preferred
- Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and leading programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Ability to travel up to 10% for supplier visits
