Responsibilities

  • Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Manage documents for accuracy
  • Update operational/customer transportation data in software systems
  • Track orders and information through systems, vendors and sources
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

  • High School graduate or GED
  • Two years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to enter, review and verify documentation and information
  • Knowledgeable of customer service principles and practices
