Responsibilities
You take end-to-end ownership of our platform roadmap: prioritize requirements, orchestrate teams, and ensure complex technology is translated into reliable product increments.
From discovery with our target groups and internal stakeholders through delivery, you own the flow, facilitate decisions in the Product Board, keep the roadmap up to date, and prioritize outcome over output.
Stakeholder management: systematically gather and synthesize feedback from Sales, Customer Excellence, Embedded Systems, Product, Platform and customers.
Planning & delivery: maintain the backlog, facilitate refinements/plannings, manage dependencies, and keep value streams stable.
Product Board: prepare for and participate in meetings including KPI and business-case materials; provide decision-making foundations for management and investors.
Discovery & quality: define hypotheses, scoping, acceptance criteria and go-live checklists; continuously improve processes and tooling.
Requirements
Several years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in technically driven environments (platform/IoT/SaaS).
Understanding of embedded-adjacent products and their development cycles; interface- and systems-thinking.
Strong prioritization and structuring skills; ownership of roadmaps and outcomes.
Comfortable with agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid models), pragmatic rather than dogmatic.
Strong communicator in all directions (tech, business, management); German C1, English B2.
