About the role

  • Selling Supervisor leading and inspiring a retail team at Diesel in Miami Design District. Ensuring sales targets are met and providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by leading by example and assisting customers with a personalized shopping experience.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and trends to educate and inspire both customers and team members.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and action plans.
