- Design Mechanical systems components and assemblies at ENFRA, leading innovative energy solutions. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to deliver unique designs and documents.
Responsibilities
- Design mechanical systems, components, or assemblies using engineering principles.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers and contractors to create unique high-level concepts and designs for assigned projects.
- Conduct field surveys to identify existing equipment types and system capabilities.
- Produce design documents including drawings, system flow diagrams, architecture, wiring diagrams, construction details, and equipment scheduling.
- Deliver concepts and designs according to strict project deadlines.
- Contribute to all areas of the creative process and department.
- Perform work under direct supervision. Handle basic issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Assist with the development of technical reports or related documents.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to team members.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
- Associate degree in HVAC Technology, Building Systems Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 2-4 years' experience with building construction, especially mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or automatic temperature controls.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT
- Strong technical skills
