About the role
- Senior DevOps Engineer working with OSCAR Pro to modernize infrastructure and optimize software delivery. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps practices and AI-assisted tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, automate, and maintain infrastructure systems
- Automate continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
- Integrate artificial intelligence-assisted tools to improve reliability and deployment processes
- Lead the adoption of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement monitoring tools to enhance system observability and incident response
- Collaborate with cloud engineering and development teams to improve workflows
- Mentor junior engineers and maintain operational documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Hands-on expertise with containerization using Docker
- Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Development skills in Java, Bash, and Python
- Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HL7 and FHIR, and compliance frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PHIPA
