About the role

• DevOps Pleno managing scalable and secure infrastructure solutions at Oliveira Trust. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and improving CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Understand project needs, considering infrastructure and the software development lifecycle, and propose solutions aligned with business strategies.
• Develop and maintain provisioning, configuration, deployment, and monitoring tools in scalable environments.
• Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines, following secure code best practices.
• Plan and execute infrastructure capacity with a focus on efficiency and cost control in AWS.
• Implement and improve monitoring and observability across the environment.
• Design new architectures and analyze the performance of existing systems to pursue optimization and performance gains.
• Work closely with Networking, Security, Database, Application, and Cloud teams, participating in incident management, change management, and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
• Experience with DevOps culture and practices.
• Experience migrating on-premises environments to public cloud.
• Experience providing infrastructure for mission-critical applications in the cloud.
• Experience with AWS services (ELB, AWS Backup, EKS, Lambda, Route 53, Secrets Manager, RDS, and DynamoDB).
• Experience as a Linux SysAdmin, including troubleshooting, optimization, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of scripting/programming languages in the DevOps ecosystem (Shell, Python, or Go).
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS).
• Experience building pipelines and following CI/CD best practices.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Zabbix, ElasticSearch, Kibana, Grafana) and basic APM concepts.
