About the role

  • Working Student in Product Management focused on software solutions in sustainability. Collaborate across teams to contribute to product development and effective compliance content.

Responsibilities

  • You will support the ongoing development and maintenance of product-related compliance content, with a focus on internal processes, supply chain requirements, and operational workflows.
  • You will research regulatory topics, process requirements, and market trends (e.g., supply chain due diligence, supplier-related obligations, documentation workflows) and present insights in a clear, structured way.
  • You will work closely with Product Management, Development, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to ensure content reflects real operational and regulatory needs.
  • You will help identify user, customer, and market requirements and assist in translating those needs into product content and functional concepts.
  • You will support the documentation of internal product processes, content workflows, and knowledge crucial for the continuous development of our products.
  • You will also support the internal ESG team with tasks such as ESG reporting, sustainability certifications, and internal communications on sustainability topics.

Requirements

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with a focus on economics, business, sustainability, social sciences, product management, or a related field.
  • You have an interest in supply chain topics, internal business processes, or regulatory requirements, and ideally have initial exposure to operational or compliance-related subjects.
  • You work in a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented manner and can present complex topics clearly.
  • You have an affinity for working with large data sets and know how to use data effectively.
  • You enjoy contributing your own ideas and feel comfortable working in a dynamic, interdisciplinary team.
  • You are based in Munich.
  • You have excellent German and English language skills and solid proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
