  • Translate customer pain points and data insights into clear, structured briefs for engineering and design.
  • Partner closely with product designers and engineers throughout the full product development cycle — from discovery to delivery and iteration.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Success, Support) to capture feedback and continuously improve your product area.
  • Own prioritisation within your squad, making well-reasoned trade-offs to maximise impact.
  • Define and track product success metrics that reflect improvements in customer happiness, adoption, and retention.

  • Proven track record of shipping features that streamline workflows and improve productivity for operational or technical users.
  • Excellent communication skills — you bring clarity to ambiguity and can articulate crisp problem statements and solution rationale to your squad and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity for (or hands-on experience with) finance concerns such as budgeting or spend policies.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit — you take ownership, move with urgency, and don't wait to be told what to do.

  • Flexible on-site and remote policy
  • Latest Apple equipment — the tools you need to excel
  • Access to Moka.care — for emotional and mental health wellbeing
  • Great office snacks — to fuel your day
  • A positive team to work with daily!
  • Location-specific benefits tailored to each market, including health insurance, wellness allowances, commuter support, meal vouchers, and gym memberships — ensuring you're well supported wherever you're based.
