About the role

  • Procurement Specialist supporting compliance programs and supplier risk management initiatives. Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to ensure supplier onboarding and risk assessment effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the Integrated Third Party Risk, Compliance & ESG project team and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborating with suppliers to address first line inquiries regarding onboarding to TPRM tools
  • Ensuring the quality of data for supplier risk assessments & reporting across TPRM tools
  • Supporting implementation of Integrated Third Party Due Diligence Framework
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects to optimize risk assessments
  • Support testing the TPRM solutions

Requirements

  • >3 years of relevant working experience
  • Basic understanding of supplier risk management domain (Procurement, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics)
  • Specialized experience with supplier risk assessment tools and due diligence
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication capabilities
  • Team player in international environment
  • Analytical skills and attention to details
  • English Language mandatory
  • BS/BA degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain or relevant technical discipline
