About the role

  • Indirect Strategic Sourcing Manager responsible for developing sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories. Driving best-in-class sourcing practices, supplier management, and collaboration in a leading company.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the strategic development, execution, and governance of sourcing strategies across assigned indirect spend categories
  • Drive best-in-class sourcing practices, supplier performance management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Develops and implements category strategies for assigned indirect spend areas
  • Leads end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives including spend analysis, market assessment, RFP development, supplier evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and implementation
  • Collaborates closely with functional leaders to understand business needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Five to seven (5–7) years of progressive experience in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement
  • Specific experience in indirect spend categories and supplier negotiations
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule needed
