About the role

  • Recruitment Analyst performing candidate searches and evaluations for a tech consulting firm. Conducting interviews, applying tests, and managing selection processes at OpenCircle.

Responsibilities

  • Post job openings and actively source candidates through ATS platforms;
  • Screen resumes;
  • Conduct competency-based interviews;
  • Administer and score situational, technical, and behavioral tests;
  • Prepare interview reports;
  • Provide feedback and mediate between candidates and the company;
  • Manage selection processes through an internal platform

Requirements

  • Experience with competency-based interviews, profile analysis, and administering situational, technical, and behavioral tests.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, People Management, or Business Administration.
  • Advanced English (speaking, writing, and reading).
