About the role

  • Solutions Engineer role assisting customers with business value from AI models through ChatGPT and OpenAI API. Delivering pre-sales experience and collaborating with internal teams in a hybrid model.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customers to ensure they achieve tangible business value from models through ChatGPT and the OpenAI API
  • Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experience
  • Provide technical expertise in pre-sales process
  • Demonstrate how the ChatGPT product can provide solutions
  • Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions
  • Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs
  • Develop and nurture strong customer relationships
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and GRC teams to ensure seamless pre-sales experience

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer (or similar) role, managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations
  • Solid track record of delivering and scaling an exceptional pre-sales customer experience
  • Experience providing higher level security and compliance support as well as thorough understanding of IT security principles for similar technical B2B SaaS products
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills when engaging with executives and leaders
  • Humble attitude and eagerness to help others
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects
