About the role
- Solutions Engineer role assisting customers with business value from AI models through ChatGPT and OpenAI API. Delivering pre-sales experience and collaborating with internal teams in a hybrid model.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to ensure they achieve tangible business value from models through ChatGPT and the OpenAI API
- Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experience
- Provide technical expertise in pre-sales process
- Demonstrate how the ChatGPT product can provide solutions
- Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships
- Collaborate closely with Sales and GRC teams to ensure seamless pre-sales experience
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer (or similar) role, managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations
- Solid track record of delivering and scaling an exceptional pre-sales customer experience
- Experience providing higher level security and compliance support as well as thorough understanding of IT security principles for similar technical B2B SaaS products
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills when engaging with executives and leaders
- Humble attitude and eagerness to help others
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects
