Responsibilities
Partner with customers to ensure they achieve tangible business value from models through ChatGPT and the OpenAI API
Deliver exceptional pre-sales customer experience
Provide technical expertise in pre-sales process
Demonstrate how the ChatGPT product can provide solutions
Serve as the first line of defense for security and compliance questions
Create and maintain documentation, guides, and FAQs
Develop and nurture strong customer relationships
Collaborate closely with Sales and GRC teams to ensure seamless pre-sales experience
Requirements
7+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer (or similar) role, managing relationships with large, global, and complex organizations
Solid track record of delivering and scaling an exceptional pre-sales customer experience
Experience providing higher level security and compliance support as well as thorough understanding of IT security principles for similar technical B2B SaaS products
Exceptional presentation and communication skills when engaging with executives and leaders
Humble attitude and eagerness to help others
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects
