About the role
- Solutions Architect in charge of implementing GenAI applications for customers in Seoul, South Korea. Collaborating with technical teams to establish strategies and drive production.
Responsibilities
- Deeply embed with strategic platform customers as the technical lead, serving as their thought partner to ideate and build novel applications
- Work with senior customer stakeholders to identify and qualify the best applications of GenAI
- Intervene to accelerate customer time to value through hands-on prototypes and impactful strategic guidance
- Manage relationships with customer leadership to ensure successful deployment and scale of applications
- Contribute to open-source developer and enterprise resources
- Share knowledge, codify best practices, and publish notebooks to internal and external repositories
- Provide high-signal feedback to Product and Research teams
Requirements
- 6+ years of technical consulting experience, bridging technical teams and senior business stakeholders
- Effective and polished communicator who can translate business and technical topics to all audiences
- Proven experience with implementing Generative AI/traditional ML solutions and knowledge of network/cloud architecture
- Industry experience in programming languages like Python or Javascript
- Ability to own problems end-to-end and willingness to learn whatever knowledge is missing to get the job done
- Humble attitude, eagerness to help colleagues, and desire to help the team succeed
- Effectiveness as a high throughput operator who can handle multiple concurrent projects and prioritize ruthlessly
