About the role

Responsibilities

  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative research to extract key insights and transform complex data into engaging, narrative-driven strategies that connect with our diverse audience.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain our brand architecture to ensure a consistent, differentiated positioning in the market. Create a cohesive framework that aligns our visual identity, messaging, and tone across every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Product, Sales, and Design—to craft and execute integrated campaigns.
  • Create high quality creative briefs, and refining creative solutions along the way (across audiences)
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Use data analytics to continuously measure and optimize brand performance, ensuring strategies are both innovative and effective.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the tech sector
  • Ability to collaborate deeply with creative, product, and design teams to develop integrated strategies
  • Experience building brand foundations from scratch - and being agile and thoughtful about how to adapt
  • Experience leading strategy for scaled, high-impact campaigns targeting diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable brand insights.
  • Exceptional communication and creative storytelling abilities, with a track record of working with creative and wide XFN teams to develop compelling brand narratives.
