About the role

  • Team Assistant supporting global events in Live Production for RIEDEL Communications. Responsible for managing customer inquiries, budgets, and organizational tasks in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

  • Support in handling customer inquiries, proposals and tender processes
  • Preparing invoices in the ERP system
  • Monitoring timely receipt of payments
  • Assisting with budget and forecast planning
  • Maintaining the ERP and CRM systems
  • Organizing daily office operations
  • Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Planning and organizing travel for colleagues in the Global Events team

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training with a commercial or events-related focus
  • Initial professional experience in the events industry is desirable
  • Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different mentalities and cultural backgrounds
  • Basic technical understanding and a curiosity for new ideas
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP/inventory management systems
  • Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
