Responsibilities
Support in handling customer inquiries, proposals and tender processes
Preparing invoices in the ERP system
Monitoring timely receipt of payments
Assisting with budget and forecast planning
Maintaining the ERP and CRM systems
Organizing daily office operations
Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
Planning and organizing travel for colleagues in the Global Events team
Requirements
Completed vocational training with a commercial or events-related focus
Initial professional experience in the events industry is desirable
Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different mentalities and cultural backgrounds
Basic technical understanding and a curiosity for new ideas
Solid knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP/inventory management systems
Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
