About the role
- Senior Order Manager handling national and international orders for RIEDEL Communications, specializing in live production tools. Overseeing order processing, validation, and team collaboration in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- You will handle national and international orders, including full customs processing and the preparation of country-specific export documents.
- Order validation, order processing and availability checks.
- Support the introduction, documentation and training of best practices in order management and assist in establishing reporting.
- Maintain regular communication with your team and all other relevant departments.
- Help shape processes and working methods in a complex, international environment.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
- Several years of experience in order management or a similar role (e.g. sales back office) with proven success in handling complex order fulfillment processes.
- Good understanding of ERP systems and ideally experience with SAP.
- Ownership and responsibility for your tasks and enjoyment of an independent, hands-on approach.
- Good written and spoken German and English for effective communication in a multinational team.
