About the role

  • Asst Marketing Manager managing social and performance marketing for premium flash sales platform. Handling digital acquisition, content creation, and brand PR strategies in the UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Social media management
  • Own and manage digital acquisition and performance marketing across paid channels, including Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms
  • Lead brand storytelling, influencer collaborations, and creative direction to strengthen platform identity across the GCC
  • Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat to maximize brand visibility and engagement
  • Create and organize high-quality content tailored to the GCC & UAE audience
  • Oversee content calendar, visual consistency, and tone of voice to ensure alignment with corporate and event marketing goals
  • Own the corporate and brand PR strategy to position OTL as the leading premium flash sales platform in the Middle East
  • Develop proactive story angles, seasonal press releases, and brand collaboration features to increase earned media visibility
  • Handle corporate publications and promotion materials
  • Establish and maintain strong bonding with influencers to build awareness
  • Design and lead data acquisition strategies
  • Create and execute EDM campaigns using our internal system to support event invitations and member engagement
  • Track ROI across paid, earned, and owned media channels and adjust strategy based on business priorities.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of full-time work experience in marketing & communications or digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in developing brand awareness campaigns, influencer/PR partnerships, and cross-channel marketing strategies
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, with expertise in local digital trends and marketing concepts
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Arabic is a plus
  • Creative, analytical, and strategic mindset with a balance of storytelling and performance accountability.
