Requirements
4–7+ years in B2B marketing, demand gen, or campaign roles and experience working closely with sales and BDR teams
HubSpot certified, with strong hands-on experience using HubSpot for email, workflows, reporting, and campaign execution
Proven experience planning, building, and optimising multi-channel campaigns across channels such as email, LinkedIn, paid media, and nurture programme
Proven experience building multi-step nurture programmes and running A/B tests, iterating based on results
Experience with Clay or similar enrichment/outbound tooling (Nice to have)
Strong LinkedIn campaign experience (organic and/or paid) (Nice to have)
