- Support test cycles (UAT, SIT) and validate system behavior against business processes
- Analyze real-time issues, coordinate with technical teams, and identify solutions
- Document solutions, workflows, and configurations for handover to the client
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to client users and internal teams
- Monitor platform performance during commissioning and stabilization
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, supply chain, or equivalent education/experience
- Excellent written and spoken English and French
- *Proficiency in multiple languages is required for this position in order to conduct business activities outside the province of Quebec;
- Hands-on experience implementing projects, ideally in supply chain or warehouse automation
- Able to travel within Canada and to the United States up to 30% of the time
- Valid driver's license
