Responsibilities
- Identify problems, define and test hypotheses to support the development of action plans and process changes
- Define performance metrics (indicators) to add value in achieving the company's objectives
- Extract and process data to provide relevant information for decision-making
- Create dashboards and reports to monitor results (KPIs)
- Support decision-making alongside BU managers
- Automate report update processes and the sending of critical alerts.
Requirements
- Experience with data analysis, preparation of management reports and monitoring of KPIs
- Main tools: SQL and Python
- Previous experience with product, data and BI is desirable
- Knowledge of process automation and project management is desirable
- Familiarity with the financial industry and/or microcredit is an advantage
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management
- Preferred bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related fields.
