Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing customer billing and help produce accurate invoices by auditing customer volumes and revenues
- Help maintain Onsites customer information and contract files in accordance with company record retention policies
- Support the maintenance of customer master data and pricing information within SAP
- Aid in the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual pricing files and assist with price adjustment calculations
- Help develop sales reports and assist the commercial team with customer requests or contract changes
- Participate in special projects and financial analysis as required by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Familiarity with SAP or Power BI is a significant plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when organizing and prioritizing workflow
- Ability to write routine business correspondence and effectively present information to team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a professional demeanor.
