Responsibilities

  • Supporting the analysis of complex cross franchise and pan bank requirements
  • Capturing, validating and documenting business and system requirements
  • Building, managing and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders and third party suppliers
  • Creating and maintaining documentation
  • Supporting controls and quality assurance for key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Identifying and supporting cut-over and implementation tasks
  • Tracing and linking business requirements to future state design
  • Creating and executing test scenarios and test scripts to validate solution design
  • Facilitating user acceptance testing and supporting business users

Requirements

  • Appropriate business analyst certification (BAX, CPRE, CBAP)
  • Analytical mindset
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Experience of applying business analysis tools and techniques
  • Background in technology or IT function
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
