  • Supporting operations as a Store Manager Assistant in a retail environment. Coordinating daily business and creating great customer experiences with the team in Baden-Baden.

Responsibilities

  • Co-responsible for all store operations
  • Create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations in consultation with the Store Manager
  • Monitor overall business/financial performance
  • Assist and support the Store Manager
  • Inspire and motivate the team

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or vocational training
  • Strong affinity for numbers and sound commercial/business judgment
  • Strong interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
  • True team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite
