Responsibilities
- Lead and develop your shop managers

- Take responsibility for all staff in your area
- Ensure optimal organization of your stores

- Personnel development, conducting trainings and workshops
- Ensure staff scheduling based on customer traffic
- Model service excellence and customer focus
- Actively work on the sales floor
- Lead and conduct inventory counts
- Plan and coordinate promotions and activities for your area
Requirements
- Professional experience as an Area Manager
- Proven leadership skills and experience
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- A proactive attitude and awareness of the importance of leading by example
- Completed vocational training in the textile/fashion sector
- Strong interest in fashion and good market knowledge
- Strong numerical skills and commercial/business acumen
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
