About the role
- Senior Software Engineer developing cutting-edge Angular and Java/Spring applications at Onit, specializing in legal tech solutions via AI-driven processes.
Responsibilities
- Involved in the ongoing development and operation of our new Angular- and Java/Spring-based cloud application using modern architectures, frameworks, and development methods
- Code reviews and unit tests are part of your responsibility
- Working with a medium-sized, agile, and international team of developers
- Develop individual features
- Actively participate in the introduction of new technologies
- Contributing solutions to operational and non-functional requirements regarding application management to our DevOps team members
Requirements
- 5+ years of in-depth professional experience in Angular version 10 and above projects based on Angular and other SPA frameworks
- Strong experience as a developer includes Vue.JS versions 2 or 3.
- Experience in TypeScript, REST-APIs, responsive frontends, Git as well as automated tests from Unit to E2E
- Knowledge in optimization for mobile web views is an advantage, also useful is experience with npm, SSO, WebStorm, Atom, VS Code, Docker, GitLab, GitLab-CI, Jira and Confluence
- Experience working on testing framework like MochaJS, Jest, Cypress, Playwright , Puppeteer etc
- Strong problem-solving and Analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a team player and should be able to work with diverse teams locally and globally
