About the role

Responsibilities
- Establish and continuously optimize business operations strategy
- Lead GCO’s “Portfolio Services” team
- Provide centralized portfolio facing activities including Training, Non-Core Countries, Independent Drug Monitoring Management
- Manage and coordinate business operations activities and drive operational excellence across functional groups
- Create and lead a business operations organization to establish global strategy
- Support/ contribute to development of GCO Global Strategy
- Provide leadership and oversight of assigned portfolio services capabilities
- Drive development of GCO strategic pillars aligned with Global Development
- Manage and lead allocated projects/initiatives on behalf of GCO Globally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required (scientific or business orientation)
- Master's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge in the areas of Finance, Data Science and Clinical Operations
- Excellent communication, project management, problem solving, and analytical skills required
- Ability to develop strong partnerships in a matrix environment, drive challenging conversations and influence without authority
- Demonstrated inspirational leadership and ability to set a vision for the future; a drive for delivering and exceeding business results
