Responsibilities
- act as a consultant for the Business and Customer Fulfillment Center team
- Lead new business integration and project delivery
- Plan and control projects, define user stories, perform gap analysis
- manage UAT/testing, track issues/risks/status, deliver training, and provide post‑go‑live support
- Manage new functionality and change requests
- Gather/document requirements, coordinate design/development with IT, create and execute UAT and regression test scripts
- provide application support and process documentation
- Act as first IT liaison for operations, log and resolve incidents
- Drive process improvement and cross‑functional alignment
- Partner with Finance/Marketing/Sales/IT/Operations to streamline workflows and develop training/materials
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in sales, finance or customer service environment
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Engineering or equivalent
- Strong technical and CRM expertise, including configuration/maintenance of SAP, Siebel, and Salesforce
- advanced PC skills (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
- Broad functional knowledge across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance with advanced analytical and conceptual abilities
- Excellent verbal/written/presentation skills, proven at influencing across all organizational levels
